Footworks Dance Academy is a professional school of dance established in 1962. Since its inception, Footworks Dance Academy (formerly Pamela Spittles School of Dancing) has assisted hundreds of students to enter the world of professional dance and has supported many thousands of students to develop their love for dance.
At Footworks, we offer professional tuition in Classical Ballet, Tap Dancing, Street Beat Tap Hip Hop, and Jazz Moves and National Character.
Pre School Classes provided in Ballet, Tap & Jazz from 2yrs old.

Our services extend to include:
- Preparation for examinations in the Australian Teachers of Dancing syllabi to provide students with recognised qualifications;
- Competition work including local, state and Australasian scholarships and eisteddfods in both solo and group work; and
- Event and display dancing at shopping centres, fetes and more
The philosophy of Footworks ensures that every child has the opportunity to succeed to the best of their ability. As such, examinations and competitions are not compulsory; however students are continually encouraged to extend their skills.
Within this caring environment, students flourish in more than just dance. The skills developed through participating in dance extend to every facet of life.
